Unispoke Design strives to be a catalyst for successful construction execution by providing expert engineering principles and proactive owner representation, fostering collaborative partnerships through clear communication and strategic problem solving.
Unispoke Design was founded by David Wysmuller, an engineer who saw firsthand how miscommunication and siloed responsibilities often derail construction projects—causing delays, added costs, and unnecessary frustration. With a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of building, he started his company to bridge the gaps between teams, ensure critical details aren't overlooked, and create a more cohesive, efficient, and enjoyable project experience for everyone involved.
Dave holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering and an Executive MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business. He has built a career in industrial and commercial construction, with a focus on pharmaceutical development, university facilities, and heavy industrial projects.
Driven by a passion for the outdoors, Dave relocated to North Carolina to embrace mountain biking, hiking, and skiing—though he’ll admit the skiing takes a back seat to the trails. In the process, he not only found the lifestyle he’d been seeking but also uncovered a need in the industry for more integrated, communication-focused project support. That insight led to the founding of Unispoke Design—a company built to deliver smarter, more collaborative construction design and experiences.
